An endless day?
Is death a door that leads to light?
We cannot say.”
-Robert G. Ingersoll
“We should treat all the trivial things of life seriously, and all the serious things of life with sincere and studied triviality.”
Wilde is, to me and many others, one of the greatest playwrights and bon viveurs of all time. A man almost unparalleled in classiness and humour, equipped with a breathtaking ability to put his thoughts into words.
Some odd creature that sprung to life in the midst of my playing with colours.

“I respect kindness in human beings first of all, and kindness to animals.
I don’t respect the law;
I have a total irreverence for anything connected with society
except that which makes the roads safer,
the beer stronger,
the food cheaper
and the old men and old women warmer in the winter
and happier in the summer.”
